Transport Design International (TDI) is looking for new supply partners to help build the next phase of Revolution VLR. Recently, TDI signed a contract with Eversholt Rail to build battery-only Revolution VLR vehicles for passenger trials in the UK. Plans are in place to start the initial build of three pre-series vehicles in the Midlands. With a sizeable UK market and considerable interest from overseas, we are gearing up for full series production of these vehicles from 2027.
We invite Rail Forum members to join Revolution VLR as Supply Partners in this exciting phase.
What are we looking for?
Please find below the key requirements we are looking for in our Supply Partners:
- Suppliers with customer service and quality at their heart.
- Sustainable approach with products, logistics and supply chain.
- Competitive pricing and service.
- Agile and flexible mindset – able to adapt to customer demand and design changes.
- Long-term mentality – we are looking to work with suppliers beyond the three pre-series vehicles and want to take you into full series production with us.
- Ability to support a planned and steady low-volume approach, with a sustainable growth plan, maintaining only the highest quality on production and supply.
If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity and the potential of becoming one of our preferred suppliers, please join us for our webinar with Rail Forum.
